Descripción del Puesto
Como Asociado de Almacén, desempeñarás un papel fundamental para garantizar la operación segura y eficiente del almacén. Tus responsabilidades incluirán recibir mercancía, preparar y enviar pedidos, cargar camiones y mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y organizado.
*La tarifa de pago es temporal por temporada hasta el 2 de enero. Turnos Disponibles (Día)
- Domingo a Miércoles | 7:00 am - 5:30 pm o 6:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Miércoles a Sábado | 7:00 am – 5:30 pm o 6:30 pm - 5:00 pm
- Lunes, Martes, Jueves, Viernes | 7:00 am - 5:30pm o 6:30pm - 5:00 am
Responsabilidades Principales
- Recibir, escanear y acomodar inventario
- Empacar y enviar pedidos de acuerdo con las especificaciones del cliente
- Cargar cajas en los camiones para su envío
- Mantener registros precisos del inventario
- Etiquetar y organizar la mercancía
- Operar el equipo de almacén de manera segura
- Resolver problemas operativos básicos
- Mantener el almacén limpio y organizado
- Cumplir con todas las normas y procedimientos de seguridad
- Reportar inmediatamente cualquier riesgo o incidente de seguridad
- Comunicarse de manera efectiva con los demás miembros del equipo
- Requisitos
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en almacén o en un puesto similar
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y administración del tiempo
- Excelente asistencia y puntualidad
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar de manera segura
Requisitos Físicos
- Levantar hasta 49 libras
- Empujar carros utilitarios de hasta 60 libras
- Utilizar carros, plataformas y carretillas manuales
- Subir y bajar escaleras cuando sea necesario
- Trabajar en entrepisos (mezzanine) de hasta 40 pies de altura, cuando aplique
