Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategies, margin analysis, and market evaluations. This role is responsible for analyzing cost structures, monitoring market trends, and developing pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with data tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights . Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred to effectively communicate with internal teams. What You’ll Do Analyze costs, margins, and pricing structures to support business objectives Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies Develop and maintain pricing models and reports using Excel and data tools Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance teams to align pricing strategies Monitor raw material costs and market fluctuations to adjust pricing accordingly Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and competitiveness Maintain accurate pricing data and documentation across systems Assist with customer-specific pricing analysis and quote support Generate reports and dashboards to track pricing performance and KPIs What You Bring to the Table Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or data analysis Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred) Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, trends, and pricing models Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel ; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting Communication Skills: Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify pricing opportunities and risks Why Join Field Fresh Foods?
