Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Response in Queens Village, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will drive to conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon09:00 AM - 05:00 PMTue09:00 AM - 05:00 PMFri09:00 AM - 05:00 PMSat09:00 AM - 05:00 PMSun09:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking facilities, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and activity documentation. Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
