Job Role: Package Consultant 3 – Area Of Responsibility Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards. Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis. Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team. Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity. Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards. Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Your Contribution to the Team Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques. Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations. Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements. A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies. Sector specific expertise for high-quality project delivery. Required Skill and Experience Lead the SAP FICO stream (FI + CO) across AMS support and enhancement lifecycle. Manage incidents, service requests, problem and change management ensuring SLA adherence and reduced MTTR. Own solution design, configuration, and process improvements in S/4HANA Finance. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement continuous improvement actions. Support period-end closing activities, financial reporting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, Treasury, Tax, Group Reporting). Lead release management, UAT support, and Hypercare stabilization. Mentor L2/L3 consultants and ensure delivery quality and documentation standards. Engage stakeholders for requirement gathering, prioritization, and governance reporting. Core Skills & Experience SAP FICO experience, with lead role ownership in AMS/support engagements. Expertise in S/4HANA Finance (FI & CO) including key process changes. Deep hands-on experience in: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (AA) Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO) Bank Accounting, Cash Management, and basic Treasury integration. Proven experience in AMS delivery (ITIL processes). Experience in month-end/year-end close support and financial reconciliation issues. Exposure to interfaces, IDOCs, RICEFW objects, and integrations. Experience with tools like ServiceNow / SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM. Preferred Skill and Experience SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance Certification. Experience with S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting. Knowledge of Fiori apps for Finance and automation improvements. Experience in global delivery model and distributed teams. Success Metrics SLA compliance and reduction in finance-critical incidents. Stability of financial processes and timely period close. Quality and timeliness of enhancements and releases. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
