Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Melodic Clarity Behavioral Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments remotely to understand clients' mental health needs, followed by creating comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, with a focus on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the individual needs of your clients.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and confidentiality in all correspondence.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow clinicians to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to refine practices and elevate the standard of care delivered.

Qualifications\n
