You will have the autonomy to establish your own schedule, working as little as five hours a week or managing a full caseload of 40+ hours as you see fit. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions using secure video conferencing tools, maintaining a professional and supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and trauma. All clients are screened and categorized with low acuity, ensuring you work with individuals who are ready to engage in therapeutic practices. Your expertise and empathetic approach will support clients on their journey to improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess a valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to an attractive salary, you will benefit from:
