Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse client base, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all client records, therapy notes, and documentation to maintain compliance and enhance patient care.

• Manage and schedule ongoing appointments with clients, utilizing our integrated calendar system to coordinate effectively and keep track of client progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans, adapting to a variety of clinical presentations to provide comprehensive care.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations with other team members to enhance therapeutic approaches and share insights that contribute to client success.

• Participate in continuous professional development, seeking opportunities to broaden therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and couples. Our therapists are dedicated to understanding the unique challenges faced by individuals and couples, offering tailored therapeutic interventions that promote mental wellness and resilience. The ideal candidate will be sensitive to varying cultural backgrounds and be equipped to address multifaceted emotional and psychological issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• Demonstrable professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and excellent organizational skills.

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Availability for a full-time schedule, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours/week, including at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
