Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve conducting individual and couples therapy, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the needs of each client. You will work closely with clients to assess their mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that promote healing and growth. Specific tasks include:

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples, exploring relationship dynamics and enhancing communication skills.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions focused on personal development and mental health challenges.

• Addressing a variety of issues including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and blended family dynamics.

• Utilizing telemedicine tools to provide flexible care options for clients, ensuring access to therapy regardless of location.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with best practices and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
