Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing clinicians the freedom to create a schedule that best fits their personal and professional lives. Our organization takes care of all administrative responsibilities, from billing to scheduling, so you can devote your time and energy to what you do best—helping individuals and families through therapy. You will have the ability to manage your caseload, which typically consists of 10-30 billable hours per week based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) guidelines while operating under the supervision of licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, as well as comprehensive support for Intensive Outpatient Programs.

• Employ modalities such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, and skills training, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to enhance treatment planning and delivery, reviewing challenging cases and employing a solutions-based orientation.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including therapy notes and progress reports, while advocating for your clients’ needs within the healthcare system.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of industry best practices in mental health treatment and telehealth solutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. We also cater to families seeking support for relational issues and those navigating the complexities of mental health conditions. Our telehealth model allows us to reach clients in various geographic locations, making mental health support accessible to all.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services, with a strong focus on individual and family therapy.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to facilitate therapy sessions and client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
