Our work environment is designed to support our therapists in delivering exceptional care. While primarily remote, you will have the opportunity to interact with your colleagues and clients through various virtual platforms as well as in our modern outpatient office located in Boca Raton, Florida. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to couples and families. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for couples, addressing conflicts, communication issues, and relational dynamics.
\n
• Working with families on various challenges such as adjustment to separation or divorce, grief and loss, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure continuity of services.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and adapting treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients including couples, adults, and adolescents. The focus will be on addressing various issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties.
\n
• Job-related stress and adjustment to major life changes.
\n
• Mother/daughter conflicts and sibling disputes.

• Support for blended families navigating remarriage.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Hold an active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome both newly licensed and experienced therapists, candidates with the following experience will be highly regarded:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fusion Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
