Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a positive and trusting rapport with patients through regular virtual meetings, establishing a safe space for them to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Diagnose mental health disorders using established professional standards and methodologies, such as DSM-5 criteria, ensuring accurate assessment and treatment plans are developed.

• Create individualized treatment plans that take into account the specific circumstances and needs of each patient, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress, documenting outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system to facilitate data-driven decisions and therapeutic adjustments.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
