Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Blissful Thoughts Counseling Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health struggles and formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Delivering individualized therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal growth and emotional healing, and documenting progress in a systematic manner.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions as needed, to help clients learn from shared experiences and support each other in their recovery journeys.

• Setting mutually agreed-upon therapeutic goals with clients and continuously tracking their progression throughout the treatment process.

• Providing teletherapy options for clients, including those facing mobility issues, ensuring accessibility to essential mental health resources.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions to comply with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and remain updated with evolving practices in the field of therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, teens, and children. You will be working with clients facing a range of challenges, from addiction and trauma to interpersonal conflicts and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this rewarding position, candidates must have:

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
