Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at M.D. Family and Children Wellness Center, you will:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including the severity, frequency, and impact on their daily lives.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, preferences, and objectives of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Evaluate client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care aligned with clients' health needs.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mood disorders and adopt innovative treatment strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
