Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening. Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. People-oriented, Organizational skills, Self-motivated, Detail oriented, Proactive in problem solving, Dedicated to customer service, Pride in getting work done accurately and timely, Ability to work in a team environment, Ability to multi-task, Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.

Compensation: $30,000 - $100,000

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Fayetteville, AR. Our office is open 8:30am to 5:30pm. We currently have 22 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Million Dollar Round Table.
