The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to solve complex business and people challenges.At a GlanceLocation: Dallas, TX, Austin, TX or Fort Worth, TXDiscipline: Human ResourcesOwnership: 100% employee-owned (ESOP)Travel: Up to 25%Work Schedule: Full-time, hybridSponsorship: Not availableWhat You'll DoParticipate in regular meetings with respective Client Executives and teamsAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policiesManage and resolve employee relations issuesConduct effective, thorough, and objective investigationsUnderstand basic legal principles and seek out additional information as needed to support day-to-day management, reduce legal risks, and support regulatory compliancePartner with the legal department and HR Leadership as needed/requiredProvide HR and Performance Management guidance to team management through regularly scheduled meetings and ongoing discussions, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actionsWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionRecruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, and collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openingsAssist with the facilitation of Visa Sponsorships and related HR mattersWork in conjunction with HR Leadership to help identify training needs for disciplines, teams, and individual coaching needsWhat You'll BringRequiredEducation and ExperienceEducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field, requiredExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferredProfessional Human Resources certification preferred;
