In this role, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, help tenants feel at home, and support their journey toward independence and stability. What You’ll Do Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance Orient new tenants and coordinate room assignments Monitor community rules and encourage respectful living Support residents through regular meetings and guidance Supervise inspections, maintenance needs, and staff coordination Be a reliable, supportive presence in emergency and day-to-day situations What You Need A high school diploma or GED (human services experience is a plus) 6+ months of case aide/program assistant experience preferred — or 2 years in human services Great communication skills and a calm, respectful presence Ability to organize, multitask, and adapt to a dynamic environment Basic computer skills Why Join Us?
