Responsibilities include case and document management, docketing, drafting pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and other motions; advanced skills in software such as Adobe Acrobat Professional and Office 365; e-filing; and overall possess solid technical proficiency and digital fluency. Candidate must be working towards or already have an Associate's degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an accredited program. Paralegal | Plano, Texas Our Plano office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our attorneys in defending school districts across Texas. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful work before administrative agencies and in both state and federal courts.
