Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatment through diagnostic evaluations and short-term counseling to individual clients, families, and groups.

• Utilize advanced telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, ensuring a smooth, effective experience for clients.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, collaborating with psychologists and psychiatrists to align on member treatment plans using the latest DSM guidelines.

• Tailor treatment interventions based on the clinical needs and urgency of each case, applying techniques from evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members to enhance treatment planning and client outcomes.

• Manage therapy documentation and paperwork efficiently, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to discuss case progress, quality assurance, and departmental planning.

Qualifications\n
