Program Manager SME

You will be part of transforming how domestic and international customers sustain and operate their F-35 training devices, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and global readiness. The Work This Program Manager role will be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance supporting the F-35 Training Production and Site Activation portfolio. The role includes program execution, capture, and proposal responsibilities, working closely with senior program management, functional managers, engineering, production operations, and the customer to manage day-to-day program and proposal performance. You will develop and execute program strategies, plans, and budgets to achieve business objectives and meet customer requirements. The position requires proactive cross-functional collaboration, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with other business areas to ensure strong execution on existing business and plan for future growth. Desired Skills F-35 management experience Ability to interface with and present to senior and executive leadership Previous production and sustainment experience Previous proposal experience Knowledge of training sustainment, logistics, and supply chain management Experience with Lockheed Martin's programs, policies, and procedures Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Strong communication and presentation skills Demonstrated team building and interpersonal skills, capable of relationship building with customers and employees Basic Qualifications Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading distributed and virtual teams, including subcontractors Demonstrated ability to establish positive customer relationships Business acumen including EVMS and performance metrics Experience identifying and leading through program performance issues Risk and opportunity management Demonstrated proposal management experience Active Secret Clearance required Bachelor's degree in a related field Previous program management experience Remote Work Part‑time remote telework is available. Selected candidates will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
