Who we are: We're a low-voltage technology contractor delivering security cameras, access control, communications, A/V, fiber, and structured cabling on commercial and K-12 construction projects across North Texas. Our projects live or die on paperwork discipline — submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout — and that's where you come in.

What you'll do: Project documentation:

Maintain contract files, submittals, RFIs, ASIs, drawing revisions, transmittals from award through closeout, and organize project documents, reports, and meeting minutes. Change management:

Log change orders and revision deltas, track pricing requests, and keep base scope separated from added scope. Closeout packages:

Assemble O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, and training records so we're not scrambling at substantial completion. Billing support:

Prepare pay applications, lien waivers, and certified payroll documentation with the accounting team. Coordination:

Communicate with vendors; schedule material deliveries and track long-lead equipment. Field support:

Keep foremen supplied with current prints, room schedules, and permit documentation. Scheduling:

Coordinate internal and external meetings, set up appointments, and manage calendars. Tracking:

Monitor project schedules, track task progress, and follow up on outstanding items. Operations:

Assist with basic budgeting, expense reporting, and data entry.

What you bring: 2+ years in construction administration, project coordination, or a similar support role (low-voltage, electrical, or MEP is a strong plus). Comfort reading construction drawings and specifications well enough to route information to the right person. Strong Excel skills and experience with a project management or document control platform (Procore, Autodesk Build, Bluefolder, or similar). Familiarity with AIA billing, lien waivers, and subcontract requirements. Organized, detail-driven, and able to chase down an answer without being asked twice. Skilled in Microsoft OneDrive and Excel

Nice to Have: Experience with school district or public-works projects and their submittal requirements. Exposure to estimating support — takeoff logs, room schedules, quantity rollups. Experience with Bluebeam Notary commission.
