Pharmacist - Travel Job

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist to act as an interim Director of Pharmacy (DOP) for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out to walk you through next steps.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• Ohio Pharmacist licensure required
• Background check
• BCI/Sterling Background checks
• Drug screen
• Proof of Hepatitis B series or a signed declination
• Quantiferon TB-Gold
• HIPAA
• Review CPS Code of Conduct then sign attestation

Assignment Details:

• Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm.
• On-call after some shifts.
• Occasional Saturday 8am-4:30pm.
• 40 hours per week.
