Accounts Receivable Clerk

Ready to play a crucial role in our client's financial success? We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers—you’ll be the champion of our cash flow, the puzzle-solver for billing discrepancies, and a key partner to our sales and customer service teams. salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) and generate/distribute invoices and account statements.

• Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on past-due accounts, and reconcile billing discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate transaction records, prepare accounts receivable aging reports, and provide management updates.

• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting activities.

• Partner with sales and customer service teams to resolve account issues and maintain customer relationships.
