Sourcing Specialist

We are hiring a Sourcing Specialist in Madison, WI (Hybrid)!This role is focused on executing procurement processes, managing supplier onboarding activities, coordinating contract workflows, and supporting vendor governance throughout the supplier lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesSupport the procurement of technology products and servicesFacilitate supplier onboarding and vendor setup activitiesCoordinate contract reviews, approvals, renewals, and amendmentsPartner with Legal, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders throughout the procurement processManage procurement requests and ensure timely progression through required workflowsMaintain vendor records, documentation, and procurement systemsSupport supplier governance and compliance activitiesTrack contract status, renewal schedules, and supplier informationAssist with process improvements and procurement reportingQualificationsPrevious procurement, sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, or contract administration experienceExperience managing contracts, contract renewals, or vendor agreementsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience supporting IT, technology, software, SaaS, telecom, or professional services procurementExperience with vendor onboarding and supplier managementExperience with procurement or contract management systemsExperience with DocuSign, ZIP, Onspring, Coupa, Ariba, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar platformsAbility to work a hybrid scheduleJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
