Responsibilities

• 
  

  Prepare daily invoices for 3rd party vendor



• Post accounts receivable payments


• Reconcile customer statements


• Distribute customer invoices and statements


• Follow up on past due accounts and returned payments


• Setup and update customer accounts

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve


• 
  

  Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team



• 
  

  Accounting degree (preferred, not required)



• 
  

  Preferred AR/AP experience
