Key Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator

• Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and online portals as the Account Coordinator
• Enter and maintain work order information, ETA updates, and service documentation as the Account Coordinator
• Match purchase orders, review vendor information, and ensure accurate data entry as the Account Coordinator
• Process quote approvals, track order progress, and support billing activities as the Account Coordinator
• Coordinate communication between customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution as the Account Coordinator

Qualifications for the Account Coordinator

• Previous customer service, account coordination, administrative, or CSR experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with Sampro, HVACR operations, or service-industry software is a plus
