Responsibilities Perform quality checks on products and parts. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment. Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process. Shovel, sweep, or otherwise clean work areas. Review work orders and blueprints to ensure that work is performed according to specifications. Qualifications Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Coordination – Ability to adjust actions in relation to others' actions. Monitoring – Ability to assess performance of self, others, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. Quality Control Analysis – Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance. Active Listening – Giving full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand, and asking questions appropriately without interrupting at inappropriate times.
