Client Overview : Our client is a global luxury retail company.

Role Overview: The HR Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support across the employee and candidate lifecycle. This role will be heavily focused on interview scheduling, calendar management, candidate communication, maintaining accurate HR and recruiting records, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting the broader HR team.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple calendars, time zones, and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and organized interview process
\n
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication, scheduling updates, and general process information
\n
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure candidates and interviewers have the appropriate details and materials
\n
• Follow up with interviewers and hiring managers to collect and document candidate feedback
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within applicant tracking systems and internal HR databases
\n
• Update recruiting trackers, reports, and dashboards to provide visibility into hiring activity and candidate status
\n
• Assist with preparing job postings, employment documentation, offer letters, and other HR-related materials
\n
• Coordinate reference checks and assist with collecting and documenting required employment information
\n
• Support the hiring process by coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely movement of candidates through each stage
\n
• Assist with onboarding coordination and help ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new employee
\n
• Support internship, campus recruiting, networking, and other talent-related programs as needed
\n
• Assist with maintaining organized employee and candidate records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
\n
• Respond to routine candidate and employee inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate HR or recruiting partner
\n
• Help coordinate HR meetings, team activities, employee engagement initiatives, and other department programs
\n
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed
\n
• Support limited recruiting activities, including candidate outreach, resume review, and sourcing assistance when needed
\n

HR Coordinator Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, office administration, or a related field
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
\n
• Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational abilities
\n
• Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, applicant tracking systems, or similar HR systems
\n
• Ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and cross-functional teams
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
\n
