About the Role This role will partner closely with retail leadership to build high-performing teams that bring the Jones Road Beauty experience to life - from service and artistry to product knowledge and clean beauty expertise. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and genuinely enjoys connecting great people with great opportunities. What You\'ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for retail positions across multiple locations, including Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Retail Makeup Artists, and Customer Experience Associates. Partner with store leadership and Regional Director to understand staffing needs, headcount priorities, and hiring timelines. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail talent through proactive sourcing, networking, employee referrals, local market outreach, and other creative recruiting strategies. Write and post compelling, on-brand job descriptions and manage job postings across job boards, social channels, and our ATS. Review applications, conduct initial phone/video screens, and coordinate interviews with store and regional leadership. Own the candidate experience from first conversation through offer, ensuring candidates feel informed, engaged, and excited about Jones Road throughout the process. Partner with HR and retail leadership to extend offers, navigate compensation conversations, and coordinate start dates. Track and communicate key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and new-hire retention. Proactively identify staffing challenges and recommend solutions based on recruiting data and local market conditions. Stay informed on retail hiring trends and talent markets across Jones Road\'s store locations. Develop and implement a retail recruiting playbook, including tools, processes, interview guidance, and training for store leaders. Occasionally support recruiting for corporate roles as needed. What We\'re Looking For 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for retail, beauty, specialty retail, or other customer-facing environments. Experience managing multiple open requisitions across different locations simultaneously. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring leaders alike. Excellent organization and prioritization skills — you know how to keep things moving when there are a lot of open roles and competing priorities. Strong judgment and the ability to assess both capabilities and alignment with the Jones Road brand and customer experience. A genuine interest in beauty, retail, and people — and excitement about helping build great store teams. Comfortable traveling to store locations and occasionally supporting hiring events, including some evenings or weekends when needed. A self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems, and doesn\'t need to be told what to do next. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly. Schedule & Working Style This is a full-time role with regular travel to Jones Road Beauty retail locations. Candidates should live within 25 miles of one of our retail locations. The role requires flexibility as staffing priorities evolve with new store openings, seasonal business needs, and changing headcount requirements. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for interviews, or store visits. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being close to the business, building relationships, moving quickly, and taking ownership of a growing function.
