Experience Level: 3–5 Years of Experience A nationally recognized Am Law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Capital Markets Associate to join its Capital Markets Practice in Dallas, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated capital markets transactions while advising underwriters, issuers, and placement agents on a broad range of public and private securities offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong capital markets experience, excellent drafting and transactional skills, and an active Texas Bar license.
