Were looking for a Customer Service Representative who is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers providing support, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service by handling calls, emails, and in-office inquiries

Assist clients with policy questions, billing concerns, and coverage changes

Process policy updates, payments, and documentation accurately and efficiently

Proactively identify opportunities to educate clients on additional products and services

Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and follow-up

What We're Looking For:

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service experience in the insurance industry

Responsibilities:

· Take premium payments from customers.

· Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

· Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

· Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

· Be outstanding at relationship building.

· Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

· A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

· Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

· Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
