Role Overview The Prep Cook prepares ingredients, recipes, and batches according to Biscuit Belly’s standards. They work with consistency, accuracy, and heart, ensuring the line has everything needed to deliver bold, vibrant dishes. Prep Cooks show up authentically, communicate openly, and support the team by keeping the kitchen organized, stocked, and ready for peak service.
