Cold Food Prep

Responsibilities:


Prepare salads, sandwiches, wraps, fruits, vegetables, and other cold food items
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards
Wash, cut, portion, and organize ingredients
Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and storage areas clean and sanitized
Properly label, date, and store prepared foods
Maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices
Work efficiently to keep up with daily production needs
Assist with stocking ingredients and supplies
Follow all company health and safety procedures


Qualifications:


Previous food preparation or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Reliable and punctual
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive food-preparation tasks
Must be able to follow instructions and food safety procedures
