EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Science (6 years of proven probate experience in a law office will be accepted in lieu of a degree). If this exciting opportunity appeals to you, we want to get to know you.

The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence in the legal area of probate and estate work. The position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, have a strong sense of duty, and be disciplined. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detailed, specialized work is the major focus.

The position will provide security in a stable work environment, allowing you to plan for, focus on, and complete tasks on hand. The position will generally be task-oriented, requiring someone with a conservative, careful, and cautious approach to work.

$45,000 - $60,000 yearly DOE

• Experience in probate and estate law, with a minimum of six years in a law office setting
• Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Science or equivalent experience in probate legal work
• Ability to manage tasks with precision and a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all work is completed on time
• Proven track record of adhering to established guidelines and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality
• Strong decision-making skills within your area of expertise, ensuring clarity and correctness in all tasks
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on factual, formal, and sincere interactions
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example, showing commitment to tasks and follow-through on assignments
