Unlike high-volume clinics that push quantity over quality, our PTs treat an average of 10 patients per day . This manageable caseload gives you the ability to practice at the top of your license , spend meaningful time with patients, and achieve better outcomes.
We continue to lead the way in innovative, value-based conservative care by utilizing Physical Therapists as direct access providers for all patients. This forward-thinking approach allows PTs to be the front line of musculoskeletal care while working within a fully integrated orthopedic model.

- Collaborative Care Model: Work directly alongside Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NPs), Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons under one roof.

What We’re Looking For
- Current Physical Therapy license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master’s degree (required); Doctorate (preferred)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Positive, team-oriented mindset, with a passion for integrated orthopedic care
- CPR certification (preferred)
