Join Vanderbilt Health's Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapy team and provide evidence-based care to infants, children, and young adults (birth21 years) in a collaborative outpatient clinic setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized pediatric physical therapy in an outpatient setting
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and developmental conditions
• Work with a diverse pediatric population from infancy through young adulthood
• Collaborate with physicians, PTs, OTs, SLPs, and other specialists
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and functional outcomes
• Document care using My Health at Vanderbilt (MyChart)
• Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory, and professional standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team development
• Support students and new team members as appropriate

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• Pediatric physical therapy experience required
• Experience with orthopedic and developmental populations preferred
• Experience with Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to family-centered pediatric care
