Territory Sales Manager Routers- Mid Atlantic Region

Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. Manage and grow relationships with direct customers, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct product demonstrations and collaborate with applications specialists to deliver customized solutions. Develop and execute territory sales plans, including prospecting and pipeline management. Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and account data within CRM systems. Provide consultative sales support by understanding customer production workflows and recommending solutions that improve efficiency and ROI. Coordinate with internal teams (applications, service, logistics, and marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience. Attend industry trade shows, customer events, and on-site visits within the territory. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, CNC machinery, or industrial solutions. Experience selling into industries such as woodworking, cabinetry, sign making, plastics, or general manufacturing. Strong understanding of consultative/value-based selling and ROI‑driven decision making. Familiarity with CNC routers, cutting systems, or manufacturing equipment is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a territory‑based role.
