Join Our Caring CommunityThe Care Management Support Assistant contributes to administration of care management. Provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements. This support aims to achieve and maintain optimal wellness state. It does so by guiding members/families toward, and facilitating interaction with, resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Management Support Assistant 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. You will report to the Associate Operations Director.The Care Management Support Assistant's decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities, and timing.
