CNC Operator / Programmer

Pay: $22-$28/hr, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator / Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in the Rochester area. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of CNC machining experience and experience working specifically with Hahn machine s .

Responsibilities

Operate and program CNC machinery to produce parts according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Make machine/program adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts using standard measuring tools
Monitor production for quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot basic machining or programming issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

1-2+ years of CNC operating/programming experience required
Experience with Hahn machines required
CNC setup experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards

Pay: $22-$28/hr based on experience
