Student Aide

Student Aide Parkway Local Schools is looking to hire 2 full-time student aides effective the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year. Job Description Student aides will support teachers in instruction, classroom management, and student supervision during active school hours. Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain a substitute teaching license. Salary is based on years of experience and education. Fringe Benefits Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision Insurance is available to all employees who work at least 30 hours per week. The Board of Education will pay 87% of the cost of insurance premiums for Single coverage or Family coverage if available. If the HSA Health Plan is selected, the Board will pay 50% of the annual deductible for the first year. Employees who opt out of Medical and Prescription coverage will receive an annual opt out payment. Life Insurance – 100% Board paid $25,000 Term Life and AD&D Insurance policy for employees who work four hours per day or more. Sick Leave – 1.25 days per month, up to a maximum accumulation of 225 days. Personal Days – 3 unrestricted personal days, with unused days reimbursed at $100 per day.
