Billing Manager

Overseeing the entire client billing process, the full-time Billing Manager will manage semi-monthly billing, ensure accurate revenue recognition, and develop a team of 8-10 employees in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the semi-monthly billing process, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of client invoices Serve as the primary billing contact for PBM partners on complex billing matters and regulatory requirements Supervise and develop the billing team, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and team discussions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of experience in a directly related accounting role Experience managing a team of 5 or more employees Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Demonstrated experience with process documentation and improvements
