Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Office Admins to support warehouse operations in Fremont, OH. As a Warehouse Office Admin for Cardinal Staffing, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and on track, including:

• Communicating with customers
• Preparing and managing essential documents

This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing is invested in their team members! Responsibilities of the Warehouse Office Admin: • Prepare and manage essential documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders, and inbound/outbound manifests.• Maintain accurate communication with customers - including receipts and invoices.• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide customer service.• Read picking tickets and ensure order accuracy.• Assist in resolving discrepancies, damages, shortages and non-conformance issues.• Perform other administrative duties as assigned Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Office Admin : • Valid driver's license is required• At least 2 years of Warehouse experience or equivalent environment (preferred)• Basic computer skills as well as prior data entry experience required• Microsoft Office Programs experience (preferred) About Cardinal Staffing: At Cardinal Staffing, a Sure-Staff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
