Housing Navigator II - Case Management for Homeless

Catholic Charities is looking for a Housing Navigation Center Case Manager II in Las Vegas to identify and support individuals facing homelessness. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized service plans, and coordinate with community resources to provide critical support. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and two years of casework experience, preferably with the homeless population.
