Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of life challenges and mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to meet their specific needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage family members and other significant figures in the therapeutic process when appropriate, enhancing understanding and support within the family unit.

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with colleagues and support staff to facilitate a collaborative treatment environment and ensure client care is holistic and thorough.

• Act as an advocate for clients during crises, providing immediate intervention strategies and support when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
