NOW HIRING: FLOOR MANAGER
Harold’s Chicken & Sports Bar | Houston, TX
PRG Hospitality is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Floor Manager to join the leadership team at Harold’s Chicken & Sports Bar in Houston .
We’re looking for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, knows how to lead from the floor, and understands the importance of strong service, team accountability, and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and floor execution
- Lead, coach, and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Maintain strong hospitality, service, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, opening, closing, and shift management
- Monitor guest experience and quickly resolve service concerns
- Support training and development of new and existing team members
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed
- Work closely with senior management to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
- Maintain a positive, professional, and accountable team culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, lounge, or nightlife environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to confidently manage busy shifts and multiple priorities
- Strong guest-recovery and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the Houston hospitality market and local community is a plus
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Motivated to grow into greater leadership opportunities within PRG Hospitality
