We're looking for a motivated IT Support Analyst to join our client's downtown LA team on a 6-month contract, with potential to extend or convert to permanent employment. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for end-user support, AV/VC setup, and IT operations across a hybrid workplace.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound support requests and log tickets in the ITSM platform

Troubleshoot and deploy hardware, software, and mobile devices

Set up and support AV/VC equipment for conference and hybrid meetings

Manage loaner equipment and conference room readiness

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field + 2 years of IT support experience

Proficiency with Windows 11, Active Directory, endpoint management tools, and productivity suites

Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills

Familiarity with ITSM platforms, video conferencing tools, and remote management software

ACD (Automatic Call Distribution)
