Compensation Range: $40.00 - $50.00/hr

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Work Schedule: Onsite, 9/80 schedule, 6:30a-4:45p

Position Summary

The Information Technology Support Analyst II is responsible for providing intermediate-level desktop and technical support services for enterprise users. The role supports hardware, software, conferencing technologies, mobile devices, and ticketing operations while ensuring timely issue resolution and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and troubleshoot hardware and software support requests
Create, manage, and resolve tickets within ServiceNow
Support conference rooms and hybrid meeting technologies including AV/VC systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and mobile software applications
Provide support for laptops, peripheral devices, and mobile hardware
Support Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise collaboration technologies
Configure and troubleshoot Windows 11 environments
Assist users with mobile device setup and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
Escalate unresolved technical issues appropriately
Support onsite end-user operations in a high-volume enterprise environment

Required Qualifications

2+ years of IT support or desktop support experience
Experience troubleshooting Windows-based hardware and software environments
Experience using ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Experience supporting AV/VC or conference room technologies
Understanding of Active Directory administration and user support
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously
Ability to work onsite full-time

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Zoom Rooms or hybrid conferencing environments
Exposure to SCCM, WS1, or Tanium
Experience supporting enterprise mobile devices
Knowledge of CheqRoom or asset tracking systems
Prior experience supporting public sector or enterprise infrastructure environments
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
