This leader will be passionate about hospitality, visible with both guests and associates, and committed to creating memorable experiences that reflect the unique culture and energy of New Orleans.The ideal candidate is an empowering leader with a proven background in hotel operations, exceptional Food & Beverage experience, and a strong track record of developing high-performing teams while driving financial results.Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of hotel operations with a hands-on, guest-focused leadership style.Create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring service standards consistently exceed expectations.Embrace and tell the Hotel Indigo neighborhood story through every aspect of the guest journey.Build, coach, mentor, and develop department leaders and associates while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and empowerment.Maintain a strong leadership presence throughout the hotel, actively engaging with guests and supporting associates daily.Partner closely with Food & Beverage leadership to deliver innovative dining experiences, maximize revenue, and maintain exceptional service standards.Drive operational excellence through consistent coaching, quality assurance, and execution of brand standards.Lead revenue optimization efforts while managing expenses, labor, and profitability.Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing to maximize business opportunities and strengthen the hotel's market position.Ensure compliance with all IHG brand standards, life safety requirements, and operational procedures.Promote a positive workplace culture built on respect, teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.Hotel Indigo New OrleansMAN-26-00011
