Job Description Job Responsibilities and Requirements Support research scientists with their experiments based on company protocol, method, and procedures Examine and perform analysis on peptides, nucleic acids, proteins and antibodies using general wet chemistry techniques and various instruments, such as: HPLC, Solo-VPE, MFI, AKTA, DLS, HI-AC, Viscosity Formulate and characterize lipid nanoparticles Support scientists with the formulation of biologics and nucleic acids and buffers, as needed Follow GLP and good documentation using electronic lab notebook Help with organizing and cleaning of lab and work environment Follow documentation and safety practices Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations Qualifications Basic Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related field with 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience. Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related field with < 1 year of relevant laboratory experience. Understanding of industry practices and standards. Ability to independently troubleshoot and interpret experimental results. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with pipetting, pH, Uv-VIS and HPLC. Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. Additional Information The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Boston, MA are encouraged to apply.
