An Outbound Telemarketer plays a crucial role in driving sales and customer engagement by proactively reaching out to potential clients. As an individual contributor, this role focuses on delivering persuasive sales pitches, effectively managing customer interactions, and setting appointments to foster business growth. A typical workday involves making multiple calls to meet outreach targets and ensure consistent customer follow-up.
Hours are
11 am to 7 pm M-T-W-TH; Fri 10 am to 6 pm and EO Saturday 1 pm - 6 pm
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads
- Engage in customer outreach to promote products or services
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective customers
- Perform follow-up calls to maintain customer interest
- Set appointments for sales or consultations
- Maintain positive and professional customer interactions
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in telemarketing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in customer service
- Basic data entry skills
