OTE: $90,000-$110,000+ | Uncapped Commission

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth with small to mid-sized companies.

You'll prospect, build relationships, and close new accounts while selling business solutions including payroll, time and attendance, HR services, insurance products, and additional business services .

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Prospect and cold call small-to-medium-sized businesses.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments, presentations, and demos.
• Generate new business through networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
• Overcome objections and close new business opportunities.
• Consistently work toward individual sales goals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Stay current on products, services, and pricing.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong high-volume prospecting and cold-calling experience.
• Proven ability to overcome objections and close business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales software.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented approach.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent industry experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $60,000-$80,000 base salary.
• $90,000-$110,000+ expected first-year earnings.
